I Cant play the game at all?

Hmm, we've seen that issue a lot the last couple of days. That should be easy to reference, one second.

My understanding:

Resources (sound, music, etc.) are loaded from the web server. Sometimes there are problems loading those resources for various reasons (web server crash, wrong files being loaded, etc.) Failure to load a graphic resource causes at a minimum a dump to the login, and is usually a crash to the desktop. The usual method to fix this is to make sure your client is the most recent version. Do this by clearing HnH from Java's cache. (I forget the procedure on this and can vary by OS. If you aren't sure how, someone might be helpful and give you directions.
