That IRC talk was probably while Loftar's was still scanning the world grid for problems areas.
Is there any record available of that IRC talk? (text, date, time)

Have not seen any complaints about that nuked area map not being complete ... but that's not saying much.

I'm fairly sure there is a record kept somewhere (someone asked about weapon formulas and used a record from irc)

Asides from that, I'd think people just take the words of others that the nuked area are all listed.

If you happen to stumble upon a record from July 4th, I'll gladly find where he stated it.
