I don't really know if this works since I generally just used sling, less effort and quicker generally

and if I was just on land I was rarely alone so not sure about that either lol

It actually does work.
And with an even ua - str / mm - per I do believe that unarmed is faster.

Ah using shallow water and twitching for hunting bears, you can kill them with like 20 uac.

Without sufficient strength though, you will trigger its enraged stage without triggering its panic state.

Who cares if the bear is enraged since it won't hit you if you're not a dick with using twitching.

Else I'd say 180 unarmed if you like to have some challenge. Or 80 if you are an HnH god (or a liar).
And i'd recommend to use some melee to make the gap between the bear with 300hp to its death.

Also, I do not believe anyone killed a bear with 80 uac.
But I like to play. I get these 80 uac real soon. When I'll have my soldier plate i'll try to kill one in a fair combat :D

We all know how well it went last time you fought with 80 UA

*sighs* its so much easier with a sling...they get angry and let you pummel them with more rocks making them easier to kill with a sling than any other animal(except maybe rats and frogs, but who kills those on a regular basis)

Since nobody made an effort to answer this, I'm going to say 200-300 based off boars having 100

It seems more like 200 or lower but the only way to tell is to use a sling on it and see if you hit the maximum damage consistently.

When an animal is hit, its "twitch" tempo is changed. And animals cheats in a sense that they have pathfinding and thus are immune to movement penalty unless fleeing and are fought differently from humans.
