Eh it isn't all too hard, just rather tedious. Q0 bonesaw = Q0 branch + Q1 bone (quality rounds down always)
Q0 chair = Q0 boards + Q0 blocks (probably could've gotten away with Q1 blocks but I never bothered with that)

Q0 chairs have a really bizarre attitude toward hunger drained per stamina, in that it will refill 1% stamina per 1 unit of whatever hunger bar you're on, making it more effective when very hungry and starving. The time it takes to regen is quite long, but it's great for losing some hunger while afk

Awesome. I've seen q1 trees & plants before (I'm assuming plants go by most of the same rules as trees in regards to q&RNG) but I've never seen q0 of either. Is it as simple as just breeding the lowest q and/or could you do the same with a q0 bone if its at all possible to acquire that?

The pro strat is to pave a small oval and then place milestones along it in a loop and then sprint that forever while also drinking q10 water.

For milestones how do you get the infinite circle going? I've gotten a ring of milestones to work and once I reach the end I can loop back to the front, or manually restart the loop. How do I set the last milestone to lead into the first and continue infinitely?

Well, for trees, Q0 branches/resources are achievable by early stage Q1 trees, however it's possible to grow Q0 mature trees (there's a 1 quality wiggle room when making it a little more doable). In this thread here I discussed with MagicMan the methods obtaining Q0 trees.

For bones, you can breed chickens down to give Q1 bones. A Q0 bone I am mostly sure is not possible. Once the world gets into swing, you can often find Q1-5 dead chickens in abandoned noobie's coops
