This should be your run.bat residing in client folder...if you still get the haven.jar error message (invalid/corrupted) you'd better scan your system with an AV scanner ( best from a Live Boot disk) !
After done and a clean system try the uploader.jar trick again ...
It looks like you're running 32 Bit Windows so you won't find a Program Files (x86) folder as it's on 64 Bit Windows only. (Program Files (x86) for 32 Bit Programs and Program Files for 64 Bit Programs)
When installing Java a copy of java.exe, javaw.exe, javaws.exe goes to system32 folder - but to run HnH it needs to find certain dlls and such which reside inside the bin folder
btw. it's easy to compare the version numbers by opening both Properties windows of java.exe in bin and system32
