i found using bloated leeches results in a different fish than normal leeches... anyone else find this?

I've caught both sturgeons and eels. And both was lq. The sturgeon caught only for balanced fishing gear (ql10 pole, ql 10-12 string, ql 10 hook, ql 10 lure, sometimes worms) while eels caught by exchange string to 30-40 ql. And it was only until survival was less than 20.
EDIT: Wow. Just checking it up with balanced gear (all ql 10) and pair of eels was caught

I've caught some sturgeon and eels just by using some bloated leeches q12. It was at night not specifically sure what stage, but it was at night. My stats and attributes weren't above 10 when i caught them either. I think its just kinda of random.
