the delta (angle of the pie slice) is determined by the relation between the perc*exp of the tracker and the int*stealth of the criminal. Broader slice = their int*stealth is more than your perc*exp

Yeh, technically you can forage on P-claims even without leaving scents, the only scents left are those trespassing when you enter.
