No. All animals in the game (the ones that actually have a corpse that you can lift, not rabbits, chickens, etc.) decay after a while. I heard it takes about 8 hours for them to decay, but I don't know whether that is precise.

From my understanding, it takes 8 hours for the skin to decay, another 8 hours for the meat to decay then a final 16 hours for the bones to decay.

from what i understand, the spawn and despawn are all related to the server time or the server tick w/e which happens every 8 hrs.
