Would creating a single post that I keep editing of good(maybe a section for bad) ideas from Critique & Ideas be a good idea? or should I not even bother?

As it stands Jorb and Loftar (the devs) are spending their time working on a 3D equivalent of HnH which they are getting paid for (Salem), so they aren't really looking at ideas for HnH until Salem's priority drops, which still has time to come.

In short, it is not worth your time.

As far as I am aware HnH is not "shelved" yet but just isn't receiving as much attention because of aforementioned.
If you were going to post an idea it may as well be done now, and if it isn't popular enough to be bumped on it's own until they're ready to continue HnH, then you could always do it yourself.

Really, it is as much of a waste of your time right now as it would have been years ago or in the future, until the developers explicitly say that this game is shelved.

If you were going to post an idea it may as well be done now, and if it isn't popular enough to be bumped on it's own until they're ready to continue HnH, then you could always do it yourself.

On one hand, you are correct in that it is just as likely to be seen now as it will be later. On the other hand, there are far fewer inner party members currently grabbing ideas and none actively bringing them to dev attention. IP members are handy in that they help sift through the thousands of suggests of "add seasons" and "tanning doesn't work, give me a cape."

Opinions on the usefulness of either will vary considerably between individuals so I don't particularly feel like condemning or advocating posting ideas. Just know that if it is an exemplary idea it's much more likely to be heard then if it's a common idea no matter what.

Do I live in a terrible SG or are hiqh quality forages just that rare? There are 7 Swamp biomes in my area and none of them have soil quality higher than q38 and the only mountain in a 2 hour radius is has a tiny spot where I sometimes get q48 Feldspar.
Before anyone asks my Survival is at 150+

hello, could someone please help me, when i play my house, drying frames, stones or my shoot meter doesnt show, i think its a problem with my java, any help anyone??

It's possible to find high quality soil/clay/water/whatever at any skill level, it is indeed just rare. I'd imagine that 70+ Quality resource spots are the minimal that I hermit could hope to find and hold while anything trade worth sits at 90+ And such.
You will be searching for a long time, and if you find anything it has to be kept secret.

70+ Is actually pretty good for a raw resource. You can hold any quality resource as long as you're willing to section the area off and hold it for yourself. As long as no one knows you have it, it's pretty safe.

I think you've asked this before or someone else has been having similar issues. If you think it's a java issue have you tried removing and reinstalling java? What OS are you on?

I have a character that discovered wrought iron, cast iron, coals, and bricks. He also have steel makeing but he cant make a steel crucible, why?

When steel crucible is shown in build menu you should be able to build - when not showing a discovery seems to be missing...
