Obviously he got INT/CHA mixed up. Or for some reason thought that grapes give INT.

Personal thought might be that you could pop 2 occults + merch robe on an alt @ full change. God you'd be able to grind out vandalism alts without even thinking about it.

Cha... not useful for combat I'd agree? No one who'd need help on these forums will be able to use the small benefit in battle appropriately.

Cha only helps in battle if you're in a party.
