Is there a way to Destroy other peoples village Claims?

I had one of my little farming steads raided by these guys, I think.
They left a calling card / Runestone anyway.
I was pretty worried that I might be in an area with griefers - there is a lot of destroyed stuff around here.
I am glad I randomly found this thread - it seems that they are not griefers but just expansionists. I hope my main claim which is nearby will not get destroyed.
I am a hermit so I hope they will not force me to move, but whatever - such is the life of a hermit.
Always having to move on.

Did you think it was better to leave a runestone? Can probably carry one and put it near any new banners that pop up, moving as I go.

Expanding definitely seems to be something that needs to happen more.

I can't wait til the day when no one is free from our massive tentacles of claims.
