Sand, clay and stone/ore are all classed as the same node, So if you have HQ sand node then you will have more or less the same Q clay there.

Also, w5 had q64+ sand, dunno exact location, could be even higher.

That got griefed eventually I was told. But pande at least had a q90 kiln.
