Before you do that move your personal belief slider to +1 Peaceful. This will give you +1 Change and +1 Peaceful and substantially more lp.

Hurt FEP is a chance to get HHP damage instead of an attribute when your bar is full.

Berries, fish, ants, cooked rabbit meat, cooked chicken meat, and anything yummy you can steal.

its not really bad to eat rat on a stick...it gives you a variety bonus and lets you fill your fep bar faster. if you're really unlucky, a little HHP damage is nothing a leech or 2 won't fix.

if you want to show off get swimming and cross a 5 tile river(you probably won't make it) don't try a lake...
