Java Cache - Java Control Panel -> General Tab - > Temporary Internetfiles - > View - Resources in drop down

C:\Documents aund Settings\Username\Local Settings\Applicationdat\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0 inside the folders

you can open the .idx files with Notepad (Editor) to get a clue what's inside

cached res files at C:\Documents aund Settings\Username\.haven

There are quite a few different methods. To be honest I don't really want to discuss any of them openly until they've made an official appearance on the bug tracker.
