No. Same problem. A player can walk along the green part on top of the cliff, that the palisade won't cover because you can't place anything on that particular tile.

What's to keep him from building a second (or third) palisade layer later on? Better to start at a decent size, so you can secure yourself more quickly, than trying to wall in too much at once. Once you've established yourself, gathering the materials for palisades is quite easy.

I know if you have someone kinned it will tell you who the land belongs to if you try tresspassing with no rights, but I actually had full rights(hf in cellar of the house) but had to get tresspassing and use criminal acts to get out...so I'm trying to figure out what happened.
