hunger modifier allows you to eat more without filling so you can gain more fep. so if you have a food that fills 50 with a modifier of 50%(better than mine, I just broke the 60% mark :( ) you'll fill your food bar by 25

What are some safe stats to hunt boars, mouflon, auroch, and bears? Safe is what I'm looking for. :P And stats to try taming as well.

I had tried taming mouflon and failed terribly, resulted in my characters death because I think there was an opening. I had been freaked out of animals ever since, but just recently invested some points in marksmanship and tried my hand with a fox and was successful (and just downed a second that had wandered close to my property while I was working on my palisade). Lol, good thing too, because if I failed I don't think I'd ever be able to try again out of fear. XD But because of that I've gotten my confidence back and am interested in progressing sometime in the future to bigger game.

Boars have 50 UA, mouflons and aurochsen has 75 UA, bears have 150 UA. How good are you at fighting? People good at fighting can do it about the same UA as the animals but those that are barely starting should have at twice as much. In addition, you need to be able to deal around 120 somehow either with a powerful punch or a sword. If anything, get armour.

What about with marksmanship? I'm definitely not comfortable with melee yet.

Armour, check.

Marksman determines the speed in which you aim with your ranged weapon. 40 MM should be decent enough for a sling. Do not that animals has a chance to flee if hit for more than 10% of its health. If this happens, get out of the boat, chase after it, and start punch it. This is much easier for boars and harder for deer while fox you may need one small moment of sprint to reach it.

Alternatively you can get out of the boat, when it goes out of sight it will return back to you but will not attack but only if combat was not broken. However there is also a chance that enough duration has passed that combat is broken, just go into your boat and resume your range attack. Again armour is higher recommended just in case something goes wrong.

"Print Screen" key makes a copy of the video buffer to the clipboard. You can then paste that into any paint program and edit/crop it for your needs. Or, if you're using Ender's client, just push the "End" key, and a screen shot will be placed into the /screenshot folder of your installation.

Note that there is an "effective MM" skill that is unseen and it is capped by the quality of the ranged weapon: 2x for slings and wooden bows, 3x for ranger bows. For bows, the lesser quality of the bow or the arrows used become the quality cap item.

8 hours per in-game day, so 56 hours is correct.
