Wiki states nature/industry doesnt influence pearl chance, is there anything that does though? Havent seen a single pearl in approx 700+ mussels this world personally..

No, nothing. That's just luck and when you're dealing with such small percentages you'll get times like this where you won't see any results at all. Being an outlier sucks but it happens. =)

Since forever. You multiply in-game time x3 to get real life time.

Not very long ago. The last update to fix certain exploits and other problems. This timer was added to most large structures that have a lot of damage soak. =)
