yeah I am using Gilberts and I am on attempt 22 LOL!

Ok, then there's something wrong with the connection that you have. For some reason or another, the client is unable to connect to the main server, obviously.

Try resetting your internet, rebooting, the usual regular troubleshooting things.

He might need to modify his .bat. The one I got when I downloaded was still trying to connect to the old server location rather than moltke.seatribe.se.

Orly, that might be it. I got the gilbertus client that was already changed, so maybe that is it, here, copy this into the run.bat;
Code: Select all
java -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se

Just edit run.bat in the gilbertus file with a notepad, then save changes.

I don't know who this dude is but it's hard not to root for him haha.

Good luck duder. I'll definitely set you up with some clutch newbie items if you ever get up and around.

I fear for what will happen when you get into the game, though. 512 MB is maybe just barely enough for the game to run and load everything properly.

I hope it works fine for you, but I am kind of looking forward to screenshots of disembodied arms :)

I thought I was smarter than this, but how do I turn run.bat to a notepad file, I mean, I right clicked it, all I can do is open, no open in notepad option, man I am so sorry guys for my lack of knowledge.

Hm, in the properties there should be "open with", usually it's on the dropdown menu.

Edit: Nvm, try clicking on edit in the dropdown right click menu.
