Hummm, I haven't really noticed alot of hermits ranting about mines, are you sure you don't mean small cities? Or do you consider any village with less than 10 people as "hermits or solo"? I don't want a "personal mine", I want a mine for our village and group. Which is what I've seen what few other villages I've ran across saying as well. "Joining a city that has a mine" = being a farm slave in most cases. Those cities don't want another miner/smither usually, they want cooks and farmers so THEY can mine and smith and will give them some metal farm equiptment..lol Explain to me, in your case, what you would do for some noob or even a veteran who wished to join your city because it has a mine? Would you let them smith and mine (have access) in your mine? Pay them in metal bars for farming for you on top of giving them some equipt? What exactly does this "join a city with a mine" advice you give amount to in your experience for those who do/take it? And since you alwyays peshaw everyone who wants a mine..why aren't YOU just a farmslave in some town with a mine? I mean, it just seems funny you are always trading metal and seem to have "forming your own group village and getting a mine as quick as possible" as your main goal with every reset. Yet you bitchslap every person who says the same about themselves or their group or complains or banters ideas about the situation. Just seems a bit odd.
