You must harvest fresh tea leaves age two to green stage, two to black leaf stage and must have harvested two dreams. The only skill the wiki lists is baking but that also implies skills to get to it.

do you have more than 3 characters on your account?
this may sound stupid, but just in case, because sometimes people do not notice the scrolling arrows to choose your char.

even though you said "all", most players always havent discovered all or forgotten a skill or two. it is always better to list what you think were needed and discovered so you can get a faster answer.
most often those who say this is missing dream discovery or missing dried leaves(you need both green and black).

Next question: can you build inside a cave? Oh well you can, but is it wise to try to build a "village" in a cave? Cause i've already had this experience from caves that if you leave a tanning tub inside a cave and then go outside and wait for it to make leather, it doesn't work - you have to be inside tha cave too.

Ya, making a village in a cave is fine. When an area is unloaded the timer on things like tanning tubs resets so you need to keep someone near it so that it'll finish.
