Sleeping reduces Travel Weariness
http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Travel_Weariness

You can't be killed when sleeping (only if you leave summonable scents you can be summond and get killed)
http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Summon

You fully disappear when logging out (server needs a few seconds to log you out so you're vunerable at that time)

The wiki says you can be killed while sleeping:

http://havenandhearth.wikia.com/wiki/Spruce_Bough_Bed

You sure you cant be?

sleeping can decrease your travel weariness (depending on how long you sleep) without wine or tobacco.
(ive heard it could heal you a little bit when sleeping in a good bed, but nobody confirmed.)
also, another new benefit after logout-timer fix is that you can log out instantly when you sleep rather than just log out, which means you will have less chance of getting aggroed by animals or other players while logging out.

one downside is that you let griefers know where you logged out from, and they could block you to log in from your bed (where you logged out) by destroying your bed and placing objects at the spot. (this would be troublesome if you are not a member of a village and have no hearth fire or have it destroyed for some reason.)

you dont get killed in your sleep, but you can get killed while offline if you leave summonable scents (commit crimes).

i was slow typing. never use wikia, but use ringofbrodgar wiki instead.

Wikia entry fixed

Wikia is outdated and some informations are plain wrong as everyone can edit it anonymously ...

Use RoB Wiki http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Haven_and_Hearth_Wiki

Hi, do thie farming system was change in world 7?
Do soil quality still counts in harvest quality?
We have soil quality 24 and can pick up carrots of 36 quality already. When i have higher farming skill can i get better crops than my soil +2 (wiki says that) or its just lucky shot?

Farming wasn't changed - soil quality counts when using it for tree planting - high soil q can speed up crop q in the beginning but it's your farming skill that pushes crop q

soil quality depends on survival (if you have 24 Survival just just see q24 soil even when it's higher)

My survival is 75, so im preety sure the soil quality is 24.
Corect me if i am wrong, with a quality 24 soil and 96 farming skill i should get crops about 50 quality?

I forgot about:
A higher Nature belief will greatly increase the speed at which crop quality rises, over time approaching your farming skill level.

http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Farming

The quality of farmed products is based upon the quality of the planted seed with a [-5, +5] random range.

that is only because higher nature belief will give you more seeds.

The quality of farmed products is based upon the quality of the planted seed with a [-5, +5] random range.

isnt this formula only when the soil quality is higher than the crop quality?
thought it was changed to -5 to +2 when the soil quality is lower than the crop q, quite a while ago like w4 or 5.

survival has nothing to do with farming, and farming skill only softcaps the crop q.
