The idol of my village was destroyed, how do I build a new one on it's same place? Do I have to wait a day or two?
I keep getting the "This land is already ruled" message.
We still have some banners working, maybe that's the problem?

You must remove any old banners/statues that will interfere with new idol. Quite simply you start from scratch with a new idol.

i have another question about Vidols i found one down under ground and i took over lawspeaker. what happens to the people who were original in the village are they still apart of this idol?

if yes i probaly need to break this one and rebuild it

If there are any people still oathed to that idol they will remain in the village. The only way to remove them is it kin them and then do so. You can't remove people you don't know.

How do you get your stuff when you die in a boat? I looked around and couldn't find anything on this. My corpse is still bleeding and it's inside the boat. The boat is right next to the edge where i could get off. I tried lifting and going on the boat and it just puts me in the passenger seat. It says steal when i right click it a certain way and it doesn't do anything when i hit steal. please help I need my stuff.

try either being in the boat and saying steal, or destroy the boat and hope your corpse lands on the shore.

Its going to take me a while to destroy the boat but I'll try and being in the boat didnt work thank you for your help.

If you got there with another char (alt) you'll need to wait till the dying char is dead (not blood spilling animation anymore) - then you'll be able to lift the boat and also grab stuff from dead char...(without turning on criminal acts and steal)

Im a newb willing to play H&H and i dont rly know how to satart... One of the biggest things that bothers me is farming... i would like to be a farmer and i dont know what should i raise? just farm skill or any other and what base attributes farmer uses the best

Just farming.

Most people raise farming on their crafter.

Also remember that just because he's a farmer doesn't mean he doesn't need good amour.

it depends on what you would like to do by farming.
if you are in a village with villagers splitting different roles, simply raising farming is fine.
if you are with only a few people and you are supposed to do everything related to farming, then
1) tree farming - survival skill to obtain soil and water unless someone else prepares them for you. carpentry for cutting logs into boards unless someone else does it for you.
2) animal farming - survival skill to butcher animals you grow unless someone else does it for you.
3) silk farming - dex, psy and sewing to craft silk related materials.
4) farming crops to cook - cooking ofc, and per for making doughs.
