is there any way to tell if someone hasnt been on for 30 days ?

or is there any way to tell if teh stake is breakable without leaving a scent?

i know the scent goes away with the claim but what if it is not breakable?

If you don't have the strength to bash the walls or use a ram then you either must get someone to help do so, break your hearthfire then log out and random spawn into the world, or if you know a friendly village in your area have them oath you so you can get out to reclaim your key from your body. Sorry there are very few options when this happens.

When you know you location / Coords on World map you might spawn a new char in the wild and try to get to your dead char to grab his stuff - race against time but sometimes it works

and if i understand correctly the vandal scent goes away when the stake is destroyed ?

there is no vandal scent when breaking stake claims.

The only scents you will leave are the tresspass to get onto the claim, and and tresspass/vandal you leave to actually get to the stake claim.

They will not dissapear after the claim has been destroyed

have another character put it on the stand, then set a price.

You then simple have the 'price' in your inventory and click 'buy'
