How do I find Acre clay when none of the digging in the clay fields?

I know about nodes but I mean is it possible for a clay field not to have a node?

normally you could dig 1 clay ( each time the mudflat got reloaded) when there's no node - and yes there are some without nodes

If it has to be acre clay you just have to test the mud flats as you find them. If any clay will do your best option is randomly test along the rivers. There are many ball clay nodes out there.

No acre clay is a necessity. Soo by now the mudflat should have regened 1?

EDIT: It's for a toy chariot and maybe an earthenware plate.

If it has no node maybe one piece every 8 hours. That's not an absolute though as it still rely's on when the ticks occur.

(but my first time hearing one coming from a boar, i only heard them coming from bears.)
