I found a "Dark Heart" while butchering a boar, is this curio new ?

I found one when I was butchering a deer and it turned out to be q82 or so, still horrible for a curio (in terms of lp/hour). I just keep it as a rare curio collection like a strange crystal i once found.

How exactly can i get bones for making a bone saw? i always find skeleton, but can never seem to get bones. any way besides hunting?

You can only take the skull from human skeletons, not the bones. As windmaker says, you need to catch a rabbit or a chicken and butcher them to get the bones. Both of these animals are simple to catch, just stand as close as you can to them and right click, make sure you have four spaces available in your inventory though.
