Okay so I have q30-ish clay node (it gave q32 at first and when i dag 2 crates it dropped to q30) now can I dig further away from node center to consume less of node? Since I am planning to make Alloying crucible which has no quality and in the long run wall-grade bricks.

It doesn't consume less.
HOWEVER
You can dig the node with an alt which has 1 survival. It will give you Q10 clay but will practically consume no node :)

Excellent. thank you.

However... has this been tested? first dig sample from center of node, then dig tons of q10 clay with alt and sample again? Well I guess I am trying that.

Nooby is a noob

If you dig at the q10 of any node, it will lower the centre less than digging at the centre of it, and will give you more clay total.
The 1 survival thing is easier than moving along the node though

Yes

Will the heath turn into forest when i plant a lot of trees?

I'm not sure, but I'd say it would.
Make sure you let us know

Some tiles of the heath transformed to forest but the other day some of them became heath again so i planted all over with grass.

You have a node to the north and to the east. The wide fan shape means its either a large node or further away in that direction.
