Beetroots have 2 different states when they can be harvested or is this just visual? I am using Enders' simple crops.

Beetroot can only be harvested at it's final stage (stage 3)

The only crop that can be harvested at two times are carrots (and hemp for the buds)

uhh why is my hhp going down really slowly? this started happening when i first smoked tobacco... but i already stopped an i already had healed byself to full hhp... yet it still goes down and i dont notice O.o

Are you leaving scents by doing any criminal acts? Is your character starving (really hungry)?

i am leaving scents i need to traspass to get to a cave that has iron o.o is there a way to prevent this? (i didnt know you lost hhp with criminal acts)

You do since this world, and no, you can't prevent this. Just make sure you don't leave scents or be able to heal yourself every time you do so.
You lose 1hhp / scent btw.

Might be a stupid question, but can you get 2 or more pearls from one mussel? Like, it's possible in real life, and since it's 1% chance to get a pearl from one mussel, it would be 0,01% chance to get two. Or is this not possible? Just wondering.

It would seem the Pearl Event triggers for only one Pearl, that, or I'm very unlucky.
