How long does it take for a dead fish node to regenerate? Is there any benefit of fishing underground?

Underground fish nodes are nice things to have. You can usually fish in relative safety. They do tend to produce eel and perch most of the time. Fish nodes in underground pools are only found in deep ones. Just like cave clay is only found in shallow pools. More often than not if you have a underground fish node of any quality you will mostly like have a water node. It may not be very high but they usually go hand in hand, from my experience.

1. Fish don't jump in shallow water cave lakes but different people reported catching fish in some shollow lakes
(guess the overground and cave shallow water share the same condition about fish jumping in the game enine)

2. Fish jump in some deep water cave lakes to indicate a fish node

oh oh no, there are never jumping fish in shallow underground water if you mean that, but you can fish and get fish from (in my experience) any shallow underground lake.

any? well, the underground shallow lakes i know so far dont have any fish at all am i just so unlucky.
(yes i know about fish not jumping in shallow, and i basically sat like an hour to check only to find that i wasted good time.)
