How do I run? It won't let me and is stuck on crawl? Did I do something wrong? I am overstuffed right now but have travel fatigue and am "unhappy" in the game. How can I get run again so I can catch chickens?

You can only crawl while you're overstuffed. The fastest way to induce hunger and fix it is to plow the ground with your bare hands and drink water to replenish the stamina lost, in turn making you hungry.

OR you can use fan the flames while in spar.

...which damages you and is possibly the slowest way to get hungry.

yes. "building" does not change qualities, but "crafting" does.

You could buy swimming and go for a swim.
After that your character will be reset up to 100hp
