Is q300 the highest possible troll item quality?

Yes. Their quality is 175 + (25*Troll level) where Troll level is equal to the cave level they're on. This means that they have a current maximum level of 5, so 175 + 125.

1 - How do I find my spot there, except for visually recognizing it. Is there a way to locate it?

2 - There's a huge town at (108, -69). Is there any town bigger than that? Those large scale towns are easily joinable in general?

1) As far as I know, the only way to find yourself on the map is to map out your own area a bit so you can identify it on the world map.
2) Large cities rarely recruit new players without recommendations. You're always welcome to send them an application but chances are they're not willing or able to take the risk with letting a new player in. The odds of a spy or saboteur are too high.

Even though what I'm gonna say isn't part of the game, I'm pretty sure the world map isn't either, so here it goes:
You can find your coordinates by using a hotkey (not sure which one, never used it) on the Anemone client by aghmed (I think) to find your coords on that map, then another hotkey to open them in your default browser. That should make things easy.

Last time I played I logged out on top of my boat, and now i logged in and the boat disappeared and I'm standing still in deep water.

So, basically my boat vanished out of nothing and that sucks. Is this a known bug with a known solution?

When you log out you disappear.

Yes. Being logged out doesn't protect your boat. Someone probably just boated over, lifted it up, and left. Free boat.
