SWEET MOTHER OF GOD I didn't know that, Thanks. I really wish I knew this before I started building banners towards the second claim. In fact I wish I knew this a long time ago I would have built the second village idol and made more CRs insteasd of depending HFs. Would this method work between CRs that are outside to a CR inside mines/caves?

you can travel from any crossroad (that has been named by the cheif/LS) that is on a claim
to ANY crossroad it's connected with, regardless of distance, location or what claim it's on (or even if it's not on a claim)

Provided you have the required travel weariness free.

Also NEVER give your internal crossroads to anyone you don't trust 100%, or who would put them up in an insecure location.

One Question that many will probably be able to answer, How do I make a well. I have followed the Wiki instructions, yet it does not come up in my stoneworking menu when I have all of the materials and skills at the ready. I have a Dousing Rod, planks, stones, etc. but nothing comes up. I have also found a well spot. so any feedback on this would be appreciated.

If I remember correctly you have to craft a rope and a bucket first.

Quick question: If I build a bwall up to a cliff (instead of closing it on the four sides with proper conerposts), will the place be locked? Or could one still enter it by sliding from the corner or something?

This probably has been suggested to you already but I've seen a couple of pictures from you and each shows you carrying your keys. I highly recommend creating an alt account to hold the keys and to open and close the gate for you. Cause if you get killed your keys are lost, even if you have a copy that means some one else will too if they take em.

Also how did you build that palisade gate with only 1 cornerpost?

His picture also has enough of his minimap to pinpoint his position on the map easily, and he has only a palisade.
