I keep getting copper on lv 1->2 scans. How frequent are the other metals?

It's pretty random. You just have to walk around a wide are and keep prospecting to find different stuff (if different ore types exist in said area, that is). Also, check caves. Test the walls by mining a tile to see if you get ore or stone.

Metals are random but they do tend to cluster. So an area may be almost entirely copper or tin. Yet another area might be almost entirely iron. Copper and tin are the most numerous by far but the rest is a bit random.

What's best to raise hunger? Good chair or bad one?

Im pretty sure the amount of hunger gained per recovered stamina point is always same, good chair just makes the process of regaining stamina faster. You don't become hungry from sitting in a chair with full stamina.

For raising hunger plowing tiles with your hands (you can plow already paved tile again) or running around in pavement/grass should work.

Think he's talking about hunger modifier in tables, in which case it's a good chair.

It's uncommon, and you aren't very likely to get killed by a level 1 cave-in

I'd say that's a matter of luck and dependant on your max HP, A character with no constitution is dead if they have the misfortune of getting hit by all four. Without a mining helmet anyway.

Its been like 3-4 years since I left. I don't think a simple 'how much has changed' will do me much good, but have any major changes occurred? Revisions in the way the game is played or politics handled?
Back, I guess
