Does Reflection on armor work the same in PVE as how it work in PVP? If im hit by a boar and i have 150/150 armor class, will i lose any health or armor hitpoints?

You may lose health because animals have like 15% armor penetration, but armor still works the exact same.

It's based on your base attributes

You need to have discovered tobacco.

Well, once you get that tobacco, you'll finally be able to smoke up.

When you see QL formulas on the wiki, they dont specific how it's rounded. Is there some global rule for rounding QL stuff, and if so, how does this game do it?
