Is there a quicker (and safe) way to raise my FEPs than running around like an idiot until I am exhausted then sitting in a chair until my energy is replenished and repeating?

You can plow in place then drink water. You can also remove your clothes and go wander around the swamp till exhausted then allow leeches to bloat. That will allow longer term hunger.

Oh I forgot to add that I was already doing so above in a swamp. But doing it naked!? I love the idea. "Hey guys I am running around naked in a swamp to get as many leaches attached to me as possible until I am so exhausted I can only crawl. Why? So I get hungry of course!" -H&H logic.

Most people just plow + drink in the safety of their home. The dedicated might No Pain No Gain an alt, or have some high quality leeches drain them, but going out naked into a swamp begs to get ganked.

edit: apparently there is suppose to be a stake claim button, i dont have one some says the short cut to this button is a key then c, c doesn't do anything

The % of your total FEP bar is the % chance of the stat gaining a point.

If you have 10 max FEPs, and you have 7 str, 3 perc then you have 70% chance of raising str and 30% of raising perc

Here is a listing of the items and skill you need. You must discover each one yourself. Simply having or picking up an item does not work.

I have been trying to find candle berries but have come across very few. I feel like the wiki info regarding there per*exp amount is inconstant. On the foraging page 200 is needed while on the candle berry page itself 750 is needed. I am leaning to the ladder because my perception and exploration add up to 992 and most (if not, all) foraging items commonly appear when double the required amount is obtained. With the inconsistency I am wondering the amount people have to find them everywhere in swamps, because I could really use some.

As above, but on another note, more important than candleberries would be wild windsown weeds for carrots, so you can grow your own beeswax. Much easier to get than candleberry wax, unless you're going for charisma, in which case it's easy to make beetroot + honey food (forgot name).

No they are not that rare. Only so many plants/curios will spawn in an area. Candleberry is just one of many. Just check swamps at different times. You should get a entire new batch every 15-20 minutes once all players have left an area. As above though your more likely to get wax faster vi farming.
