If you saw that kind of banner in screenshot it was probably graphics mod.

My symbels keep disappearing. I thought someone was stealing my poppy garlands, but my tablecloth just disappeared right before my eyes. It wasn't on the ground or in my inventory. What I did was just sit-feast-stand and it was gone.

So, my question: is that a thing?

Yes it is unfortunately. Each time you consume a food item in feast the symbel items have a chance to lose 1 ql. some are more robust than others. garlands lose ql very quickly as you use them

Hello, my first hearthling died (stupidly) and I made another NOT using the inheritance mecanism (I didn't like my stats). By a stroke of luck I actually managed to spot where I was on the map and walk back to my ancient personal claim on the same day. Of course it says I am not the owner. I had hoped the initial claim would have disappeared with the death of my previous character and that I could just take over her camp.

Reading the wiki I'm not sure now if the claim ever disappears? Would I need to use vandalism to destroy it or theft to get my items, or is there another way? I have better uses for my LP right now and what I had wasn't valuable by any means. So if there is no other way then I will just let go. It's more a sentimental matter but on the other hand I have my non-descendant's skull to study if I get melancholic :D

Gee that was a loooong trek to get back to that personal claim :lol: I think the area is worth it though, and all this is a great learning experience.

Thanks for your help! I'm new (obviously!) and enjoying playing the game a lot.

Inherit your first guy, give permissions to your second guy on the claim by rightclicking the claim, putting permissions on a color and making him that color in kin list, OR unclaim on your first guy and claim with your second guy, and you're golden

Would it be a good idea to put a key alt in a spruce bed or something beside the gate or is that:
1: Unnecessary and redundant or
2: Still not safe enough

I'm still not 100% sure about how the logging out system works.
I didn't like my old signature, so here's a button. (::)
