Using the RoB wiki, I found my noob bow does 313 max damage.
Using the formula for minumum damage, I got 514 against a noob wih 10 agi
Does this mean I will always hit for max damage?

If you do the tanning bug and put the tanning tub that's at 92%, will it work in caves or does it have to be outside?

It works in caves as well.

But stay at the level where you drop the tubs - don't go inside house or out of cave or port - otherwise it stalls - you can stay with an Alt near tubs to keep it working

I just came across a "friendly" boar who wouldn't attack me, no matter how close I got to it.
This happened several times with a few minutes interval between each approach.
Is this just a bug or do boars stop attacking you once you have reached a certain uac level?

Neither. Boars and bears do not just automatically aggro hearthlings within distance. When and whether they become aggressive is random whenever you're within their radius of aggro. If you're lucky then no animal will ever decide to eat you. If you're not so lucky then every animal will decide to eat you.

i think if your perception is double the targets agi, you will always hit for max damage

In general it takes 8 hours to regenerate one level. However its based on ticks. So it make tick to regenerate 5 minutes after you dig or 8 hours. Higher level nodes can take a long time to regenerate if they go to low.
