Not leaving a murder scent and if you turn crime acts off it doesnt leave any scent at all, but if it's on, it leaves assault
basically summoning him doesnt leave shit, but if you have crime acts on it automatically aggros him thus leaving an assault scent, then if he has no HF he just automatically dies which doesnt count as you killing him so no murder scent, but if you do it at HF you need to manually kill him which does leave a murder scent (and a battery scent when you KO him)

Yeah, that was it, thanks for the correction Nooby - I've only ever done it twice, once via hf and once by accident when player had no hf and I forgot you died that way since the changes, lol, I was thinking both left murder scents.

A quick question.
To beat any animal in the world and even trolls I need my advantage to be higher than theirs, or is it based on how high is your unarmed and melee combat?

To beat any animal, you need to reduce their health to 0. Before you can do that, however (except in ranged combat) you need to lower their defence to 0 so you can damage them. The difficulty of lowering their defence (the potence of your and the animal's attacks) depends on your combat skill (unarmed combat or melee combat, depending on which attack you are using, and which manuever you are using). The higher combat skill you have, the easier it would be. The stronger the animal is, the harder would be, and finally, advantage makes your attack and defence more potent (negative advantage does the opposite). You can raise advantage either by hitting the animal for health damage which gives you 1 advantage per hit, or by using moves such as float like a butterfly, battle cry, stern order, skuld, sidestep, etc. Also, some values of advantage give the animals special moves, for example, boars with 3 advantage against you can use a "heart" move (not sure of the real name of it) which has a lower cooldown than the "jump" skill, raises about 20 attack per use and some defence.
Basically, advantage just makes it easier to beat the animal, it's not required at all, you can kill an animal with -5 advantage if you're strong/fast/skilled enough.

To beat any animal you need to reduce its health to 0. To deal damage to animals, and players, you must break through their defense bar (blue) with your attack bar (red). Combat Advantage increases the weight of your attack, or its effective multiplier. For example, at -5 advantage you multiply your attack by 0.5 and at 5 advantage you multiply your attack by 2.0. This certainly helps breaking the defense of animals. Likewise, having higher unarmed and/or melee combat certainly helps breaking their defense. Having more strength or a better weapon also helps to deal damage once you've broken their defense.

Combat is a tad bit complex and will require you to cycle through moves to gain the upper hand and defeat your opponent. Usually you want to build IP while maintaining defense. Every time you get hit you receive -1 combat advantage and your opponent gets +1 combat advantage, so it's helpful to prevent them from hitting you while you setup. Once you've saved up a bit of IP for moves such as Flex, which efficiently restore your attack, you can take on a more offensive stance until you've whittled down their blue bar and can make a large attack to deal lots of damage to them.

Reason: Nooby posted before me but I like that our first sentences are the same.

If someone were to cut down trees on your land, it would leave a vandalism scent, right?
