track HF - not possible when no HF
track Perp - not possible when not online

so you'll have to wait for Perp to come online

or summon straight away

It's odor of tresspassing and right clicking the ground with the scent doesn't seem to work, what am I doing wrong?

These scents can not be used to summon:
Trespass
Assault
Every other scent can be used to summon, which includes:
Vandalism (break object)
Theft (steal item/object)
Battery (knock person out)
Murder (kill person)
