Think that would be a yes.

^thanks

Okay, another question.

I just managed to tame my first cow, the problem is that it is located on an island and I am unable to find enough string here to make the ropes for a raft.

I wonder if I am able to unleash it and come back later with the material? How long does it take for a cow to de-spawn?

Edit; The problem is fixed, I returned back to base and brought the materials for the raft to the cow.

I have my first cow now :D

Okay, I can't seem to find this on the wiki. What stats (if any) other than Cooking affect cooked foods? I'm not asking about the materials that go into it, oven quality, etc., I'm solely asking about character stats themselves. I know that Survival affects roasted meat, and I heard that Farming affects flour, but is there something like Perception that affects the quality of cooked food as well?

The only things that effect food q is Survival and cooking (not farmed goods: boars, bears and foxes)

The farmed goods are effected on soil q I think and farming (grapes, wheat, etc.)

Edit: perception only effects baked goods (dough, and other things like that)

http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Perception#Perception

Affects the quality of unbaked goods: dough is soft-capped by sqrt(Per * Cooking).

Affects sausage making too

AFAIK Boiled egg is the only cooking recipe depending on Survival

Basically, I'm trying to build a cooking character. I'm going to start up a sorta-hermitage with one of my friends this weekend and I wanted to figure out the stats that I should use for different alts.

It's not hermitage if there are two people... it's more of a co-op survival. :)
