That should be it, you need hunting as well but you should have that if you have killed a bear.. unless it was a different person that killed it to the one that butchered it, in which case check hunting. Hang on... you have taken the bear hide off the drying frame havent you???, again this needs to have been done by the alt that discovered all the other bits.
As a general tip if you have multiple alts that need to share thier discoveries then you can do it by getting one to build a barter stand, buying things from a barter stand allows you to discover things and you can set the price at something like a level 10 branch.

Don't fill the entire radius at the same time. X-com has made a very good study on this if you want to search the forum for it. Basically over a certain number of carrots changing stage within one 20 min reset period you don't get anything extra, so you get more by having several groups of carrots planted at different stages. The size of these groups depends on what you want to get, more smaller groups will give you more honey but less chance of wax, but a few large groups will give you a good quantity of wax as well. I plant the 4 quarters of the beehive radius one at a time 30 mins to an hour apart, this seems to give a fair amount of wax. If I were to plant the whole field at once then I would get 4 lots of 1 wax and 0.2 ltrs of honey in the time that the carrots grew, by planting in four quarters I get 4 times that, by planting more I would get more hits but some of them might not contain wax or might just be 0.1 ltrs of honey depending on the size.
Remember to move the beehive well clear of the area when you plant, as planting crops reduces the quality of the beehive. The beehive will increase quality slowely as crops develop in its area, when over 100 it will reset to 100 if the area resets (this can be prevented by having an alt standing next to it if you want high q)
