Do you gain LP while offline, or is it awarded on login? In particular, how does this work with Tea? If you log out with the buff, and while you're offline a curio finishes, do you get the bonus LP from the Tea buff?

when u logging, the lp is added to your char.

1) the tea bonus is complete when you have 100% of your buffer bar.
2) the tea bonus dont finish if you have buffer when you sleep
3) you get the bonus when your curio is finished and you have the buffer tea.

so.. if not is clear.. the strategy is.
load curios -> drink tea -> wait 100% buffer bar -> go to sleep ( char & real life.) -> wake up -> automatically you win more LP

The wiki has a Foraging table with all forageables, minimum PER*EXP and PER*EXP to see all of them.

Soo... A skill of 32 is required to see all of them?

so 80 perc, and 80 explore
or 10 perc, 640 explore

He was talking about WWWs, not all forageables. WWWs require 320 for 100% seen, so yes, the answer is 32 explore * 10 perception.

open space, it won't land across the wall from my experience.

Shouldn't happen at all, somebody tried a similar trick against me in my old days next to my palisade using hearthfire-spawned alts - none of the hearthfires spawned by this method landed over my wall.
