So I was in my boat and saw gray clay went to pick it up and after the time was done the gray clay disappeared it wasn't in my inventory or anywhere and no there was no splash sound, (you know when you drop something in the water). So what happened? Can forage-able objects can just disappear if they are not picked up for a long time? Or was it THE ALL MIGHTY GAME BUG?

Yea, but that didn't stop me to pick it up (or was it one before left click to go full nature, but I as far as I remember I defiantly was full nature). Since if you don't go full nature you won't get 3 seeds per every crop you harvest, it would be like every second crop 3 seeds.
Also what stops me from picking up gray clay if I am full nature, its foraging item and not farming or mining, since I've read what belief does and it didn't mention anything about foraging items.

In which type of forest I am more likely to find silkmoth a Broadleaf or Confer Forest?

I have 31 unarmed combat and melee combat, should I fight foxes or should I keep leveling up to required level if there is one?
Also which is the best tactics for fighting a fox for either low or high level, for example which tactic would kill the fox fastest?
Also the same question for boars and bears.
