It depends if you want to kill them with collecting IP on boat and then doing some opp knocks and sting/valorous strike. Or kill them without. Foxes are hard to kill with low stats as they run away very fast when they get on low hp. I think 50-100 uac is enough for boars without boat even if you arent master fighter. You should try practicing it near boat or lake's swallow water so if something goes wrong you can run to your boat. Also get some metal and leather armors just in case they get to hit you so they hit less.

Don't forget that you need to have a character logged in the area as well or the timer will reset when the map unloads.

Not sure what you mean by "on top of each other." As in on the same tile? No, you can't. One rack holds 3 cheese trays (if memory is correct).
