how long does each stage take to get to midnight blue cheese
(that is, to cellar ceddar, to brodgar blue, to jorbonzola, and to midnight blue)

i know its different time for each stage, my questions is how long each stage take.

Someone had posted the same thing a couple of weeks a go. Most of the times aren't currently recorded because nobody has made the effort to organize that on the wiki on cheese times.

The cheesemaking pages in general are in need of major organization and reworks. I'm too tied up to have the time necessary to fix it myself, but if someone has the experience and time to be interested in doing so, by all means I encourage you to.

I agree, but why bother if we can't add more information? Pretty much all the good information can be found on the Cheese page
