Is it infinite or can the nodes get exhausted?

The quality will slowly go down over use, but will regenerate after a period of non-use.

I agree, but why bother if we can't add more information? Pretty much all the good information can be found on the Cheese page

I was actually getting at the overall "cheese" pages. If we're going to leave the information on the cheese page, the cheesemaking page needs a really clear indication that most information related to cheese can be found on the cheese page. Asides from that, the cheese page itself is clustered with incomplete tables which only allow showing time for the first stage of cheesemaking. Also the nice image showing the branches of cheese has inaccurate FEP information.

I will make a really good effort on cleaning up the page if we get at least 50% of the maturation times for different cheese types, until then it really isn't worth the effort.

What is the trick to producing wax in large quantities? I need it for hardened leather, but production is so damn slow. I'm farming constantly in the hive's radius, yet it rarely produces wax. Another problem is the quality. All the crops are 20+, yet I constantly get q4 or 5 honey and wax. What is the trick? People claim hive quality is irrelevant, but I'm not so sure now...

1. Wax is pretty much a fixed production industry. The only way to increase production is to increase crop production

2. Quality goes up with the crops the bees feed on. If the bees start starving, quality goes down. You can remedy this by changing out hives on occasion. Hive quality is irrelevant. Once you eliminate all other factors, you'll see it's true.

1. Enable Criminal Acts (Adventure > Criminal Acts)
2. Select a combat action from the Combat menus (or from your belt), click on player to agro them just like you would attack an animal.

Then you require tresspassing unless using a sling or bow....I think, or maybe that's just to chase them inside a house or cave.

Trespassing is only needed to activate things (look inside containers, go inside a house/cave, open a gate). You can walk on claims without the Trespassing skill.
