I can't verify, but 200-400+ UA could tank a troll punch

Not even a clue.

As all unarmed based attacks, there would be an automatic 30% of the damage which would penetrate all armour, meaning armour would help mitigate up to 70% of the damage (depending on the AC) but would not be able to mitigate all damage.

Maybe it's determined when they spawn? Who knows and does it matter? It's not like you can try again with the same clam to test it. If you know where the q30 mussels are, you can always go get more.

Rennet is soft-capped by sqrt(Per * Cooking) (or just Per or just Cooking, I forget).

Other than that, it's all materials.
