Okay so i started playing the game two days ago and i havent seen a soul, is it because this game is so huge ?
I have seen several outposts/villages/cities (did a little bit of trespassing (sorry just nosey)) but no active players, are there clans on here i can join, ive heard that newb killing here is pretty bad,
and which server do i use ? How many servers are there? Im currently living in Japan if that helps with the server thing (perhaps the server is quiet?).

First thing's first. There is only one server. Everyone from every part of the world plays on it. The game world is ENORMOUS. You will most likely not run into someone depending on where you started in the world, and you will always find an abandoned campsite or village from time to time.

Noob killing isn't as bad as people make it sound. There are a lot of friendly people in this game and you're more likely to die from a boar or bear than another person. Your timezone plays a big role in how many people you're going to be seeing, but there will always be people playing regardless.

Not a problem. Even with varying timezones, some people will be up when they should be sleeping. Thank you, insomnia.

Another question, ( i apologize, i have been trying to hard to understand the concepts of the game) what happens
when i log out, when my characters not sleeping is he invisible to all the other characters until i log back in ?
When my character sleeps (i understand the thief trace thing with the Leanto) can people steal things from my characters "pocket/inventory"
or just the containers around him ?

All questions are fine as long as you're trying the game out for yourself too~!
When you log out your character stands there defenseless for a short period of time before they disappear. No one can steal anything from you or interact with you unless you've left criminal scents with which you can be force summoned back online. Without the black skills, you cannot leave criminal scents which can get you force summoned.
The containers around you are not nearly so safe though and can be robbed from.

a.if i have vandalism skill, can i destory anyone's hearth fire and get scent? (at Other player/village's claim grid,not my)

b.battle system question:
1.any Maneuvers can work at boat-shoot animal hunter? (i try attack/move fight boar at boat,but need near the boar
and cannot work(only can work at ant ,i dont know why....maybe need use swimming)

2.all attack/special-move/move need near enemy? have any move/special can help a boat-hunter?(for use toad/rat)
(i try some near-battle-skill in boat, no any can work on a boar)

3.(for boat-shoot) near enemy= hit change up? / far enemy = hit change down? or hit-change-bar's rate will fast/slow?

a) If you have the vandalism skill you can break any hearth fire. This leaves vandalism scents so that other people can track you / force summon you. Is that what you asked?

b) 1&2. I'm not really sure what you're asking, sorry.

3. If you are shooting animals from a boat, the aim bar will change faster when you are closer to the animal (and when you have more levels of Marksmanship). If you are far away it will be slow.

Trespassing allows interaction with any object on someones claim, including houses and caves.
