Since you can try and destroy Palisades with a pickaxe, can you attack something inside the palisade with a sling. Maybe like a claim if you have vandalism?

Yes, because Onionfighter's post explained everything and I only said stuff that made less sense... Mhh mhh.
No problem if your just having a bad day, if you dont like me thats ok as well, but I dont feel that I only make senseless posts. If you think so, well congratulations join the line, but there's enough people I helped with serious replies, like the one above btw.
