Claim stakes

I just built one cause a russian keeps on robbing me (Russians are really violent in this game) .There is 3 boxs, do I tick them or leave them unticked? Thanks!

Unticked. They're used for allowing specified people in your friends list to do certain things on your property without committing criminal acts. The colored squared indicate different friend classes you can assign, and white means "everybody" so if you check the boxes at the bottom then the Russian will still be able to steal from you with no repercussions.

Ah ok, So if I have red selected and I have two of my friends red and I tick all the boxs then the claim will not effect them right? And thank you for the quick reply :)

While you're at it, build a palisade (or get your buddies to), since a guy determined to mess with you probably won't be deterred forever just by a claim marker. Just don't make it TOO big, they can be kind of a pain to maintain. Also I think paving the ground first helps deal with wall decay.
