Cant open it

Cant open it

So ive been trrying to get two friends into haven and hearth, they've logged in, hit play, but after the intial small download of 1kb or so, nothing happens. Ideas?

it's so hard for you to search the forum? There is a big button, can't miss it.

Just download pacho's irc-capable client from the forum. ( search )

I don't understand how a solution to "H&H isn't working" is "get the client with more features!". Do search, though, or even just browse the threads on the Bugs subforum. Otherwise, give more detail to the problem. Java updated? 32/64 bit java? What's the last thing they see, black screen? White screen? What's their OS? Updated their GPU driver?

Sounds like they're just downloading the .jnlp and not running it. Make sure they have Java installed.
